Mill Layout

The Fairview Mill as it stands - April, 2013
There is the potential to utilize over 5000 square feet of space in the mill.  Imagine the silos fitted with floors on the first and second levels.  Planning will depend on it's use, still to be determined.  The mill needs a new roof to help preserve it ASAP.  There is 3 phase power to the building but no water.  The building must be hooked up to Fairview City water and sewer systems.  At least one share of Gooseberry Water should also be purchased for landscaping the 3/4 acre parcel.  Click on the layouts below to make them larger.

Wouldn't it be awesome if it could become a mini mall?

A modern clothing store for teenagers in the basement, along with maybe a shoe store to match.

A "Good Earth" type store on half of the main floor with a farmer's market type produce area. Then a sandwich and smoothie shop and a Starbucks in the rest of the main floor. The upper level could be turned into a small apartment for maybe a night watchman or for one of the store tenants. You keep ownership of the building and part of the tenants agreement is that they rebuild their own area at their cost as the first six months of rent.

Might be a far fetched idea, but wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to go north for most things? Keep the locals money at home!
